Katherine Megan Segarra, known professionally as Megan, is an executive producer and production leader working at the intersection of advertising, marketing, technology, and culture. A Filipino-Puerto Rican native New Yorker raised between the coasts, she brings a multicultural perspective and strong operational rigor to every project she leads.

With over 15 years of experience in production, operations, and project management, Megan has produced work across independent film, documentaries, live experiences, and large-scale advertising initiatives. She is currently a Production Leader in Advertising and the founding Executive Producer of BLACKWEEK, a platform centering equity, ownership, and innovation within the creative economy.

Megan is known for her collaborative, people-first leadership style, specializing in building high-performing teams and translating cultural insight into impactful execution. Her work continues to challenge traditional production models while elevating how creative labor is valued in today’s market.
